Can you open the homepage?
If Home loads but an old title link does not, search again by name. If search returns nothing, reset the filters before trying a shorter title. A production-country filter can hide a film even when you are watching from that country.
Names load but artwork does not
You can still open the title and read its details. Artwork and the page itself can arrive from different places. Reload once and compare another title before deciding the entire catalog is unavailable.
The controls do not respond
Use a current browser and allow the page’s scripts to run. Check whether the problem also occurs outside a social app’s embedded browser. Keep a backup of My List before clearing site data, because saved choices and checkpoints live in that browser.
The film pauses after Watch now
Check the viewing service and selected country. If its player starts but buffers, lower the available picture setting once. If sound works but subtitles do not, inspect the text-track menu. Describe the exact stage that failed when asking that service for help.
